GENERAL TERMS

As an ambassador for Xplora, you will be testing our new product for children.

As an ambassador for X5 Play, you will:
- Receive an X5 Play for free.
- Become an ambassador for Xplora for 3 months.
- Commit to writing a customer review within 3 months about your experience.
- Be given information about your ambassadorship by email or SMS during the test period for 3 months.
- Receive newsletters from us (you can of course unsubscribe at any time.)

CONDITIONS

You consent to Xplora Technologies Inc. registering your personal information. It is only collected for internal use and stored on a secure server. It will not be shared with any third parties.

You can at any given time unsubscribe from our newsletter. This can be done directly from the newsletter and all information related to the correlating email address will be deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights in connection with our processing of personal data comply with the law on the processing of personal data, in accordance with the GDPR. You have the opportunity at any time to find out what we have registered about you (right to information and access). Xplora Technologies Inc. complies with the Marketing Act—including the rules of good marketing practice.
